CRANBERRY NUT BARS
Adapted by BumbleBeeBoogie

2 large eggs
1 cup granulated white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup butter, melted
1-1/4 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. Grease an 8-inch baking pan.

In a medium mixing bowl, beat the eggs until thick. Gradually add the sugar, beating until thoroughly blended. Stir in the flour and the melted butter; blend well. Add the cranberries and the walnuts, mixing gently until combined.

Spread the mixture evenly in the baking pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool and cut into bars. Makes 16 bars.
