I've done it a couple of times, when I'm interviewed for contract jobs and the interviewer gets to personal (my age is no ones business nor is my religion) and ask my race I tell them I'm half black (my grand mother was a native Mi'Kmag). Drag a let behind yourself and tell the interviewer you are a disabled black transvestite, you got all the bases covered. :p

perhaps affirmative actions is a reaction to past oppressions ...and maybe its time has passed...I'm not sure I believe it but lets say it has. What mechanism do you leave in place to make sure it does not make a come back
