These organizations will check out the validity of the need of people who

Yes, all of those are worthy causes but i'd add your local church. Alot have emergency aid type programs.

noble character have pulled around the country, that they've figured out ways
to check validity or judge character.

Bureacracy will be sure they are not found.

Sorry I havn't checked in the forums I been pretty busy. I'm not sure what you could possibly mean by verification*, but if something like a newspaper link or something I might beable to find it. Dating back about almost 2years.

Happened about 2years ago in a small town called south glens falls, ny
The road is named Reynolds road or interstate 197...I would prefer not to give the address online but I'm sure if you know where to look you will find it.
