@the intellect,
Immigration built this great country of ours . America has always been the most preferred place to move to by people from all over the world and we would not be where we are now without it .
When America becomes an Hispanic majority country , it will still be America , and most Americans will live in peace and prosperity . We have taken in so many different people in our short existence and have always stayed Americans .
Those who remain zenophobic , bigotted , and rascist will still exist and will be heard by the public , as has always been in the past here and in other countries that have allowed immigration . When they do not have political power , they often speak out more loudly than the plain-jane American anyway .
Since America is a republic "of the people , by the people , and for the people " how do you think we as Americans will react ? The majority has been changing for some years now , and will gain momentum quickly .
WE WILL STILL BE AMERICANS !
