So who does the left and the right despise the most?

eh, it was probably a slapstick response by some right wing nut to create a site to counteract the "miserable failure" link to bush.

In my view the "hate" is equal on both sides , but each side seems to have a different methodology in their expressions of hate.
The right makes fun of prominent people on the left , while the left seems to spew accusations willy-nilly .
Neither serves their cause by their actions .
