The site owner has requested folks contact him with a request to remove the "phil" and he has been accommodating them.

With respect to your question about avatars, you haven't supplied enough specifics for me to understand what is the problem with your avatar. I see an avatar that says SOLA in a white circle on red background. Is that not what you want people to see?
