I think exercise is better than diet. That you have done exercise in every day. And you have drink plenty of water and avoid heavy lunch . you have take green tea daily.

If you want to lose as much weight as possible, look to eliminate these three things from your diet:

1) Sugar;
2) Grains (flour);
3) Vegetable Oil

Getting these things out of your diet will keep your blood sugar and insulin in check and teach your body how to burn fat. Combine this with an exercise plan, and you'll lose all the weight you want.

Green tea is the best drink for weight loss. Recently I have tried it. Now I'm free from obesity problems and maintaining the fitness.

2. Drink sufficient water before meals
3. Do workouts on a daily basis.
4. Stop eating fast and fried food
5. Say no to ice creme and cold drinks
6. You can also undergo a liposuction surgery to reduce your belly fat and decrease feeling of hunger.

Reduce your daily calorie intake. Practice Yoga. NO necessity of being a slave of diet pills. Walk for 2 hours a day and stay fit.
