I'm not sure what we are looking for here, apart from the baseball pitch it looks like a junkyard.

My first thought was Cedar Point in Sandusky, on Lake Erie, but I know the park well enough to know that's not it.
If it's NOT Coney Island, is it further north, in New England, perhaps north of Boston?
