I stay up all night and sleep during the day. Usually I'm working (at home). When I take a break or finish for the day/night, I like to turn on the tv and relax. I have 95 channels on my cable provider. And there is nothing on. I mean nothing. Nada. Zilch. Zero.
It used to be possible to find some good old movies. Now the few stations that show movies are showing such losers in the wee hours of the morning that I'm amazed such films were ever made.
Many, many stations turn themselves over to infomercials.
Even TVLand and Nick at Nite are showing the worst of the worst reruns very late at night.
What's a person to do?
I hear that Roberta. I'm a night owl as well and it is tough finding anything on tv. I have a few hundred channels, so I always tend to find something on, but most of the time when I'm up all night you'll find me here on the old computer. First I scope out A2K and then I go play some yahoo games with other night owls. Spades is my favorite.
Late night on the comedy channel. Jay Leno, Conan O'Brien and Dave Letterman. Three arseholes for the price of one.
Montana, I come here, too. I also play games on Yahoo and AOL. But sometimes I'm in a tv mood.
Wilso, We don't have the same comedy channel. Although I occasionally watch Letterman, I'm not interested in the other two. But even if I were, they're not on all that late here. Conan's show is over at 1:30 a.m. Kinda early by my standards.
Phoenix, Look at my posts. You'll see that many of them are made in the wee hours of the morning. This one? 8:20 a.m. I haven't been to sleep yet. Soon.

I don't think loud rock n roll could keep me awake.
Invest in a DVD player, and get some DVDs with all those special features.
Will those special features keep me awake? Those must be some features I tell ya!!!! :-D
