I like this stuff, I was a big fan of fantasy (and am still a big fan of sci-fi). So, this type of art work is still fun for me. Would most working artists find this type of painting cheesy and trite?

I am pretty sure on of our members (Gen) used to have (and perhaps still does) a lot of art over there.
This look interesting. I am a Sci-fi fanatic too. Asimov to be exact.

I found an interesting painting when I typed into a search engine "dangerous fish"
