Fealola, that was NOT what I was asking of you. If you had noticed, newcomer Guav posted a quote w/o making a guess @ Mac's quote and so I was simply asking you if it was correct as I had explained it to Guav, ie that is, was I right in explaining to him that we needed to wait!!! The "lol" you responded to me was somewhat hurtful...

Hey, Rags, thanks for "butting in", as you put it. Based upon YOUR advice I will be back to post a quote for everyone (you, too, Guav!) to take a guess at. Much appreciation for your kind assistance.

"Man, the world ain't supposed to work like this. I mean, maybe you don't know that, but this ain't the way it's supposed to be. I'm supposed to do my job without asking you if I can. That dude is supposed to be able to wait with his car without you ripping him off. Everything is supposed to be different than the way it is."

okay, everyone, have at it: BTW, I really love this movie . . .

Sorry sweet, I didn't get that you were asking me to confirm the rule.
I really didn't mean to hurt you. I was only trying to keep things light!

What I said did sound like a movie quote and I thought the whole sequence was humorous. Sorry, let's start over. I know we are sympatico on the song lyrics and titles. I apologize for hurting you!

can't we all be friends?!

I dont know how to work the smiley things yet, so the above was sincere,
not sarcasm!

Thank you, Fealola; yes, let's be friends - it's so much better that way - and I am too sensitive, anyway, so I appreciate your most recent post very much.

BTW: when you post a reply, to your left you will see "Emoticons" - simply click on the one that fits the bill and/or you can "View more Emoticons" if none seem appropriate. If you get one on the "post a reply" screen that you don't want, remember you can click on "Preview" first to see how it will appear once you've clicked on "Submit". That way, if you don't like it, just go back and change it before submitting your entire message. Anything else I can help you with, please do not hesitate to PM me, my new friend, ok?

Thanks, sweet. I've been running tests with the "special effects" but not the emoticons yet. This all just went by too fast for me to post with them.
The one time I used them I got words around them. I'll go expiriment more.

Now, I'm going to peruse your movie quote....friend!

Yes, Flawless was the correct answer to "Poor me, poor me, pour me another."

Welcome Gauv - I believe that your quote was from Forrest Gump?

Sweet's quote sounds familiar; I've seen that one, I'm sure.

The Big Chill?

(Mr. Booman - You must have seen a different version of God's Little Acre than I. Farming was the last thing on their minds in the version I saw. Laughing )

I was so young when I saw that movie, I don't know what it was about. I just saw a chance to be silly. Embarrassed Although,...if anyboby smiled, or chuckled, it wasn't in vain.

Booman: I laughed out loud, because I was young when I saw God's Little Acre, too, and when my Mom found out I went to see it, she was appalled because it almost got banned what with all the hanky panky going on. Laughing My main concern, too, when I saw it was that they'd never get that acre planted. (LOL).

My apologies to all for digressing here. Booman made me do it. Oh, I think it's my turn.

"I don't smoke, I only drink champagne when I'm lucky enough to get it, my hair is naturally natural, I live alone...and so do you."
"How do you know that?"
"Because you're wearing one brown sock and one black sock. "
