Nope. It's the first part of a trilogy of films.

Right trilogy but you still need the name of the film. I know, moot point as you can quickly look it up.

The World of Apu? It does sound good LW. I've just read Ebert's review.

You can PM Gautam and also ask about the films (he's from India and has recommended many great Indian films like "The Terrorist," one of the best films I've seen in the last ten years).
Just saw "No Man's Land," last year's Oscar winner, a black comedy that everyone should see about the Bosnian war.

Thankyou, L.W. I'm not able to get to a video rental place anymore, though, so I'll just have to miss a lot of great ones and the newbies. But they'll get to Cable sooner or later. Smile

Over did it a bit at a little Christmas party Mr. Green

"Okay, I get the picture White Tigers, Lords of Death, guys in funny suits throwing plastic explosives while poison arrows fall from the sky and the pillars of heaven shake, huh? Sure, okay, I see Charlie Chan, Fu Manchu and a hundred howlin' monkey temples, and that's just for starters, right? Fine! I'm back! I'm ready, goddammit let me at 'em!"

Jerry, it sounds a bit like Indiana Jones (though I don't remember this quote). So - Raiders of the Lost Ark? Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom? Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade?
