Hmm. . . beets are one thing my family cannot force me to eat at thanksgiving :-) We do the standard, but our specialty, and one I advise everyone to try, is leftovers. . . turkey hash.

Mix stuffing, gravy, and dark meat, stir together and bring up to heat. . . if you burn the bottom a little in the pan, only the better. . . it's absolutely delicious. . .
