Cross eyed siamese

Hi. I got a 4 month old pedegree female siamese kitten. She has crossed eyes. I did not no at first, it is most visable when she consentrates on someting. It does not affect her vision at all.
I wanted to breed with her. I would just like to know, what are the chanses, if she had kittens that they will also have it? And can it cause any kind of trouble for a cat?
And also, what colour kittens would come from mating 2 bluepoints if both have sealpoint genes?
