Fish recipe: dredge one whitefish fillet in pancake batter ('cause that's all I've got) and bake in hot oven (@ 400 degrees F but I don't think the oven's working properly so for God's sake keep an eye on it!) for 15 to 30 minutes (see previous comment) and consume with a little lemon juice and a big green salad. This is so healthy and low fat that you will feel you deserve a slice of homemade rhubarb pie and even a smidgen of ice cream.
