I really only have experience with the 3 that I own. Between the Glock 21, Bushmaster AR-15, and Mossburg 500....I attain more enjoyment from the AR15.

How easy would it be to convert that AR-15 to full auto capability?

No very. It's built with similar parts to the fully auto M16, but there are enough differences to make a full-auto conversion very difficult or expensive.
