WHO Has The Right To Self Defense ?
I recognize the moral right, the natural right of any living being to defend his life n property.
As Andrea Yates was chasing down and dragging back her oldest child (Noah, 7)
to the fatal bathtub, I coud not have found it in my heart
to tell him that he was too young to defend himself, if he found a weapon to do so.
If Martha Stewart were set upon by man or beast
on her way to buy appropriate household goods,
I coud not find it in my heart to tell her that she is too felonious to defend herself.
Even if John Dillinger or Willie Sutton were beset by robbers
on his way to execute a peaceful n lawful transaction,
I 'd recognize in either of them the same natural right that any of us have
to defend himself from predatory violence.
Preferably, after conviction for recidivated, incorrigible, violent felony,
any person who is intolerably dangerous shoud be BANISHED and removed
from the North American Continent (unless the Canadians want them), but
for so long as thay remain here in a state of peace n tranquility
(as distinct from becoming violent) everyone has the
natural right to defend himself and that shoud be respected.

@OmSigDAVID,
I pretty much agree with that. And we Canadians don't want them, thank you. Put them on an island in the middle of nowhere and let them fight it out.
while i sometimes disagree with the World Health Organization, i suppose they have the right to self defense
@djjd62,
I've been listening to their "best of" album recently. Good stuff. I think when they're playing they should just use guards for self defense.
@engineer,
especially since we're down to just two surviving members
