Mann is kind of a pompous person. That is all I will say.

I agree that if he does sue, his wentire pile of "data" will be part ogf the record. There are several climate scientists and geo scientists who would love to be expwerts for the defense.

I can't think of anything I'd suggest to the guy other than sepuku or some sort of total change in identity...
