Craig Ferguson

Ah, yes, the eccentric late night host . . . a man who is both extremely silly and astonishingly brilliant.

What is your opinion of him or do you fall asleep before his monologue?

I have two friends, left wingers, who are of different opinions of Craig. One friend doesn't trust his politics and refuses to watch him. She bases her assessment on his friendship with Drew Cary. The other friend is convinced that he is the only left wing host on television and so never misses Craig. I am amused.

While all the Scots folksingers seem to be very left of center, Craig is not folksinger. I think he does a good job of hiding his political opinions and I think both my friends are wrong. I do not think he is as conservative as Cary but I don't think he is as centrist/liberal as his current boss, David Letterman.
