If you don't use "****," "screw" seems like the obvious one if you're going with the double meaning.

The word "know" used to mean to have sex with someone. "And they lay together and she knew him"

If you work with the inflection of your actors, you can make her glance down at his crotch while saying "I wasn't planning on knowing you like that"

"sleeping" with someone is always the softer term
