i have a painting by G.H. durrie dont know if its a repro. or not the only thing on it besides his signature is a sticker on the paper backing for the frame that says wedgefield pictures stock no. k 17 please help me......

Based on the sticker I would say it's a print. A painting will not be under glass and would have a rough texture. Durrie was very popular in 19thc and was mass produced for the humble middle class parlor for decades. Sort of like Currier and Ives. A print is not worth much (depends on condition)- $100 bucks top. If it's a painting you might be able to buy a new house.
