There are a few breweries making pale ale, not sure if this is a Canuck invention or not, as for malted ducks, I personally prefer them over fresh water.

laid down my moving quilt on the concrete, so I could be cozy while I removed the crusty old running board. set my lights up, and got my tools all ready.

no sooner did I lay down and roll toward the car to start, and bubba was all in my grill outta nowheres. purring and flopping for pets.

convertible is mostly bare metal now. think Ima even have enough goopum without having to buy any more.

rugby is over. wales were robbed. needa crash. got a customer coming at 1 tomorrow to ok a plan to start tearing into his project.

floors and more on a 64 beetle. it has already claimed a spot inside the shop.

gonna jack my schedule around again for to watch it.

my client was patient as I condensed 2 hours of morning routine into 15 frantic minutes of pain and relief.

he jumped in with both feet. he put in for a deployment, and plans to just send his paychecks back to me. ok, only part of them, but steady income for a full on derustification job. mebbe paint, it's too early to say.

I need 3 more just like him, and I could go ahead and fix my cabin to "normal" standards.

oh well. I came in for a cuppa. mr vw showed up shortly after air force dude, and started claiming the remaining fishes from the pond.

gotta get on toward making him supper for his troubles.

beautiful day. wish I could share it with those I care about that are struggling right now...

I am croaky today. Going to buy three pumpkins for my three pumpkins in just a bit. I can't believe Saturday is almost over.

mr vw just left with a plate of food for later. he never eats it all. and we caught about 200 more guppies. the rest will be ghosts of winter soon enough.

gotta run over to corn town and get smoky some more ceegars before it gets dark.

got the shop set to scrape some more paint. gonna uncover the sins on the 64 while I continue to undress the vert. somebody (name calling gets us nowhere at this point) has bondo-ed the rear fenders onto the shell itself. gonna find out why, and what it takes to undo it.

it's either a giant fireworks display, or crazy ol'spud finally flipped out and invaded the bar with his dave-like arsenal of semi-legal assault weapons. I'll step out and look for tracers before I just head that way.
