but we are over the hump, and I bought myself one more day.

all of the vehicles but one are moved, and I think Ima call in a rollback for it.

fed L at the truck stop again. pork chops and a sweet tater tonight.

gonna start back early again tomorrow.

firkin draggin' ass...

moved some more **** to the basement (that will be a common theme for a while...)

and took the clorox spray to my fridge and micro from the old travel trailer.

they cleaned up nicely, but my hands will now stink for a week...

stinky has been crashed in the laundry basket for a while now. I think I will gather him up and head for the bedroom.

having different rooms for everything is an awesome concept...

buy the biggest cheap box of baking soda you can find

a giant tub of cheap vinegar

you'll be able to replicate just about every cleaning product needed with less stink and it's way easier on everyone's skin and lungs

drove around the little burg up the road after I fed L at the truck stop again. (she had a steak tonight)

found a nice liquor store, and educated myself to the new county (no sunday sales)

but they surprised me by having bard's. and I surprised her by asking for it. she got all excited that she knew what I was talking about...

nibbling on a leftover pork chop and a bite o' sweet tater.

gonna crash hard.

working peter pan on Monday, and the addams family on tuesday.

and I think I have finally got an in at the old Orpheum theater.

I feel like tomorrow starts a new chapter.

now I gotta decide what I wanna be when I grow up...

and I gotta give credit to L.

without her I would still be out there hauling crap.

I think she is having second thoughts about how things went.

we are pretty good together.

just friends works best for me, but I will probably employ her some more when I need a second pair of hands. like assembling the vert...

now that the truck and trailer part is over, the hard part starts.

finding a place for all of my stuff besides in my back yard. (it's a corner lot, so my neighbors can stroll by and watch)

L is not gonna be able to come for a while. gotta start with small stuff until she gets here.

then the vert comes out of the garage, and we pack the walls.

then the chicken house will catch the rest.

at the 11th hour a no chickens period ordinance was discovered, so they are living with the son of the lady that owns the fish restaurant where I eat my gumbo...

it is 73 degrees today.

but...

30+ mph winds take the fun out of it.

gonna go whistle while I work...

I am in the middle of town. (2 blocks by four blocks)

even though I have a chicken house. (a nice one) I can have no chickens.

so the chicken house is full of car parts...

and Lisa (no more L) helped me move all the benches and equipment into the garage. (we rolled the vert out and started over)

she has been excellent help, even with missing yesterday. her life is still chaos, and she is still fighting with breast cancer recovery.

I overpaid her, but hey.

we work really well together. and she misses my cooking.

I made breakfast tonight when we got done. her request...

and chuck came by to see how we were doing.

he's very happy. beyond what he thought was possible based on his last views of the yard full of tools...

and he got to see another side of Lisa, which will be good for her career.

chuck is a verra important man in the union hierarchy...

the yard is cleared but for all of my vehicles.

need to sell a coupla trucks we do...

and before I went to bed, I adjusted all of the heater vents in the house.

focusing on the bathroom...

toasty warm for my soaky bath this morning.

Gah - I wish you would quit talking about the long soaky baths. I think I need to go take one every time you mention it.



Having no chickens makes me sad. Do you miss your critters?

mostly I miss the eggs...

but yes.

and I still have mister stinky butt.

all part of having to grow up, I guess.

and I hope to be busy enough on stage that it is all for the best.

put in peter pan for the kids theater this morning. (low budget, he flies by laying on top of black boxes pushed by kids that are blacked out...)

and tomorrow I set up for "the addams family" on the big stage...

gonna have a glass of wine and try to get motivated to make dinner.

I need to find a super energy pill somewheres...

now I have 10 minutes to turn into a stagehand and roll Betty to town.

this kinda turned into one of those days...

met a royal bitch at the butler tag office.

gonna tag the truck in sedgwick.

and Ima go in and shadow the fly deck in just a minute.
