trying to stay in front of it all.

this may be the hardest two months of my life.

I will know more after I powwow with the new electrician this afternoon.

and I'm spending $200 a week on gas right now just coming and going.

Do you have any - or many - lined up? I'm sure it will all be worth it in the end. Brave of you to take the house on, but it could prove to be an absolute goldmine!

gonna find out about the welding job tomorrow.

I think Ima run over to wally's and get some big hooks. I will take my hanging baskets over with me and put some color around the place. if they get stolen, I'm not out much...

Do you ever take a break? Makes me tired just reading your posts. Seriously though, do be careful - not long since you hurt yourself and were laid up for a while!

I am ducking the heat of the day today at mr vw's.

awaiting the call from my electrician to meet him at the house.

by 5 it starts to be shady and cooler there.

tonight I will leave with the rest of the brush, and maybe plant fence posts.

I'm hoping some of the undergound pipes have been marked. they have until noon tomorrow...

I'm hoping that the pipes are found. Hoping that the electricty will be operational soon.

actually, the roof is one of the best parts.

both the house and the detached garage have all new plywood sheeting, and a single layer of recent shingles...

I hung my hanging baskets (3) and placed a coupla porch plants. we'll see just how crime ridden the neighborhood is shortly I'd guess.

took a load of brush out. prolly still one more there, plus the rest of the trees I needa cut down. but it is looking much more inhabitated...

I felt lots of eyes on me the last coupla times there. the nebbors are noticing, but only the one has approached me so far...

gonna shower and unwind, then dive into my grilled cod.

J's daughter popped out smiling to wait on me from the kitchen. and just me...

gonna hafta be careful about that.

I could sleep for a week...

(stinky is not real happy with all the hours I am away. today he opted to stay out in the hot trailer instead of in the cool bedroom. he was ready to see me tonight and gain access to the food and shitter)

gonna go out and feed the critters and unload my brush.

then Ima shower and get ready to go be edumacated about being a rigger.

not sure what happens after that. waiting on a phone call.

I have a very small window in which to accomplish a hella lot of stuff.

I still hafta crank out the vert in the next month.

If the weather would cool down just a bit it would help me a lot...
