I had a really good day today, even if it weren't meant for me. gonna take it and run with it for what it's worth. good omens come kinda rarely around these parts.

gonna go make me a cuppa tea. I remembered stashing 4 boxes as an emergency supply. needa go take gram to the store, but she hates the 4x4. we gotta use her little step stool to get her in, then I catch her as she slides down out of it. we draw some funny looks. and she hates being looked at...

back to my wrenching, gotta keep going whilst I am hitting on all cylinders myself...

I have been missing my 13 mm gear wrench (it rachets) since I put the motor in the 4x4 last winter. when I removed the a/c condenser, I heard a clunk. it's still shiny and clean even...

I had twice looked at buying a new one so my set was complete, but they wanted $18 for a single, and I got the whole set on sale for $30.

now I feel like the stingy wise old king of tools...

and the big ol' truck is back outside so bubba's bed will be toasty tonight. gotta get a bulb for it tomorrow, but it can be driven as is until I do. just left the park lights out of it for now...

my squarsh smells good. gonna have some baby butter beans with it I think.

or are there some genealogy sites that someone would post for the public to see and brag on?

there are some stolen pictures that I need to identify and decide how to proceed...

I didn't want to join any new organizations, but looks like I might have to to be able to see what I need to.

Eh - so many of the folks on here seem to think they are royalty. Good for them. I see a handful of folks that are worth effort here. The rest - well - they are easy to let toddle along their merry way. I wish them well - as I see their backside passing riiiiiiight on by. Hoping the door won't hit them in their arse as they go...

As part of your Facebook profile, there is a section where you can designate people as being a relative of yours. For instance, I've designated BBB as my mother.

There also is a third-party app called Family Tree. I have it blocked because it is a suspected virus/spam generator. I can't tell you much else about it. Here's the link to their Facebook page.
