horse puckey is what we've found works best...

Horse puckey is considered a very "cold" composting material. Bunch of little cows would be good. Guano (chicken ****) is almost too hot, but a few yard flamingos wouldn't be out of line.

I use 'Squaters Gold'. I make it myself.
