The election seems to have ruined life for quite a few people. The member "real life," who was the religious version of Cjhsa, left before the election (i suspect when it became obvious that Mr. Obama was going to win), and has not returned since.

Several righties - Slkshock, Woiyo, and a few others I can't remember - pretty much abandoned the board when Obama won. They only poke their heads in when things look bad for him.

I have found the reaction of people on the right to be particularly childish. They would fill their pants at the thought, but i happen to have been raised by conservative Democrats, and do not consider myself a liberal. That doesn't mean i have to be a knee-jerk conservative though, and it doesn't make me a reactionary. So many of them really went off the deep end with the election. Okie has me on ignore ever since he decided that i'm a communist.

well, you have to give credit to okie where it's due, he's just trying to persuade you to open your eyes, see the light and learn some history so that you can see the world with the clarity that he has. He has your best interests at heart.
