If you're a former iPhone user, I'm sure you're familiar w/ NAVIGON's Mobile Navigator. Looks like they're branching out to both WinMo and Android.

Already on WinMo, they're offering it at a special low price until February 14 of $69, as opposed to it's normal $89. It has yet to be released on Android, nor has the price been introduced.

Also, if you're wondering why you'd pay for this as opposed to the free Google Maps, it uses "pre-loaded maps to provide navigation when there is no cellular coverage", as well as a few other features that can be seen in the link.

Sounds like a memory hog! How would they compress all that map data enough?

No cellular service!?!?!? We are on Verizon. There is coverage everywhere
