Help to find out where to study

I am 42 year old have done my Mechanical engineering in 1992 but was very poor in study.In school have done very good in mathematics . Now as on today I have time ,want to continue to study mathematics further from college level ,,Ready to pay for this also. Can any body suggest from where and how to start?? Any suggestion about university. Thanks For any suggestion.
