My team and I operating from a New York Health Center wish to obtain sponsorship from Walmart for our health podcast. Should we contact the company or the ad firm the company uses?

Either way they won't be interested. You are better off going very local and going smaller.

Radio? What part of New York is this New York Health Center? Are you in NYC? If so, then that's another strike against you considering they're are no Walmart's in NYC.
