Just make sure you have broad shoulders to take all the blame when things go wrong. You will probably have to explain your new "life philosophy" to key people who expect the same neurotic behavior from you in the future. Things will be different from you and you may have to explaiin it.

Like I said, keep saying your mantra.

Yeah, u raise a good point; if he 's a brain surgeon
and he hooks the thing up rong, it coud be a big deal.

Why would anything go wrong? I'm still doing my work and working hard...just not letting the stress get to me and prioritizing family over work.

It sounds good, Linkat; from your posts, u r obviously intelligent, so u will successfully handle the situation.
I 'm sure u know the right balance between doing an acceptably good job and not obsessing to excess about it.
