I'm looking for a converter from 120 volts AC (wall electricity) to something like 35 volts through 38 volts DC? Anybody know a good website where I can find power converters?

@contrex,
Well the more the merrier. I'll have to put them in parallel if I have less than 9 amps output though.

@Muarck,
So you want a 35 volt 9 amp power supply? Is that the continuous current that it needs to supply indefinitely? What degree of regulation is required? You really need to say what you are using the psu for. Battery charging? Running a device of some kind? If so, what?

@Muarck,
You do know about Google I would assume?

Place your requirement into the little search box and you will get a great number of hits.

A high regulated lab linear power supply was price at 700 dollars but as others has already pointed out we do not know other important factors such as how regulated do you need the output.

The linear lab supply would be the very high end with prices going down depending on your needs.

As others had already said what are you powering and what is it input needs including noise and ripple.

@BillRM,
I tried Google and didn't find any powersupplies capable of converting to a voltage in that range. I found lots converting to anything less than 12v, then just 24v, and 48v. If you found something on Google that works I'd love a link.
