how do i make my car start in a zero degree weather ..my main suspect is my blockheater is frozen...coz ive tried everything on the battery...

Time to change the plugs, if you tried everything on the battery already. If all else fails, follow these steps:

i just replaced the battery ...now i just found out that it only works if its 40 degrees or warmer
