Rain Soft Gold Series Replacement Parts

Well I have been duped again by Carolina Water Systems, my first system lasted about 5 years and they told me it needed to be replaced at my cost. I replaced the head with the new improved updated model in 2002 for $500. I was told it was a LIFETIME WARRANTIED device and that I would receive my warranty in the mail the next week but never did so when it went out 3 years later they said oh no we never said that where is your warranty card. Yeah great company to deal with.

I need a new board for a Rain Soft Gold Series P/N 17527 S/N 5-20-02 (I think that is the S/N) because it does not control the motor circuit anymore. I hooked a momentary switch to the motor and it works and will operate but I have no clue to how to operate it correctly. If anyone knows where I can buy that board at a reasonable price please let me know. If someone can tell me how to manually run it through the cycles by just pressing that momentary switch till it clicks wait so long then go to the next click till through would be nice also.

THANKS for any and all help!

@JosephAllenCavin,
by working on it yourself , you may have voided the warranty. I haven't heard about a consumer getting a warranty in the mail, as far as I know the dealer sends the card into Rainsoft corp. I would call customer service at Rainsoft Corp and explain what problem 's you're having with the dealer and system. On another note, Is the board lighting up? It could just be a switch that's bad, they have a tech department there also that may be able to help you.
