creative artist should always be given the freedom to express their own ideas in whichever way they wish. there should be no government restrictions on what they do.
do what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

If the funding comes from the governement then there's a problem if the content is "offensive".

If it's a private donor then it's nobodies business.
