Running on one cylinder

while riding the motor shut off like i turned the key off.
found bad battery, replaced the battery and now the motor is running on one cylinder.

@tcforr,
I would start by looking for signs of ignition spark, right at the spark plug for starters. How many cylinders is it supposed to run on? I've never known a car able to run on one cylinder, so what is it?

never seen a car run on less than 3 out of 4.

the Honda 600 might have been able to run on 1 cyl
