Except that kind of leaping dash is made into my lap when I'm sitting cross-legged on the floor to play with him. He comes running and throws himself into my lap, exactly as that dog is doing with the bed. It's very funny. Thank goodness he's not a big dog, otherwise it might not be so funny. Laughing

Did any of you ever read Texts from the Dog? It's a riot. They are phone text messages between a dog and his owner.

I know I'm late to the game, but suki sure looks like a Vizsla! Looks like my two only the tail isn't cropped. I really wish they wouldn't crop the ears and tails.

I agree about the cropping, Glitterbag. Do you know if puppies are cropped before they are sold or can the buyers ask that they not be cropped.

I suppose if they are to be shown, they would need to be cropped, but it still seems cruel.

I've just been shown by FBM - who had the patience and kindness to guide me - how to upload photographs to Photobucket, and to post them onto A2K threads - so am thrilled to be able to post a photo of my two Labradors - the black male, Harvey (who died in January) and the yellow bitch, Megan.

'Drooling smiles' describes them perfectly! Typical Labradors. Harvey wasn't quite so greedy, but Megan adores food and drools more than any other dog I've ever met. Food is her hobby!
