One of the eight newborn puppies found dumped in a park litter bin are beating their rubbish start in life and being pampered in their new home. The litter of tiny puppies, some with umbilical cords still attached, were rescued after a group of children heard faint whining coming from the public bin. The animals, believed to be Staffordshire bull terrier cross types, were discovered in Queensferry, North Wales.
