An apparent home invasion took a deadly turn Tuesday morning.

The owner of the targeted home turned the tables on two of the four
would-be robbers just after midnight in the Wakefield section of the Bronx.

Police said Ivy Skeffery, of 1704 Bussing Avenue, managed to wrestle
a gun away from one of the four black male intruders before shooting
two of them inside the home.

One of the suspects was announced dead at the scene, and another is
in stable condition at Jacobi Hospital.

According to police, the attempted home invasion occurred shortly
after midnight.

@OmSigDAVID,
who is the "victim" david, I really don't grasp your meaning. are you saying the dead robber is the victim or is the home owner the victim which leads to the question of what gun control law was broken.

Well, according to law applicable in the Bronx,
when the 4 male blacks broke in on him,
the home owner shoud then have applied for
a gun license before wrestling it away from them
and then he shoud have registered the gun.

either that, or let them kill him,
to avoid the possibility of being accused of felony

@OmSigDAVID,
You left out a sorta important detail David

Quote:
The man being robbed, who rents the apartment from the homeowner, is being questioned.

A quarter pound of marijuana and firearms were reportedly recovered in the apartment.

Seems our gun control laws are denying drug dealer-felons a chance to arm themselves.

So yeah, the victim WAS disobeying the law. Very Happy

Our gun control laws are unconstitutional.
The victim had a constitutional right
to possess his pound of marijuana
and to possess defensive guns.
It is the GOVERNMENT which is violating the Constitution.
Government was never granted power to interfere with any citizen's possession
of either guns or herbs.
Prohibitions of EITHER are laws of USURPATION.

Government was never granted authority to interfere
with self-destructive behavior.

As Thomas Jefferson put it:
" to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men."

The penalty for OBAYING gun control laws is usually death,
with no appeal.

I 'll try to use richer examples.

(Maybe if Martha Stewart gets robbed.)
