I just think that hotness has traditionally been used as a physical judgment, though I accept that attraction itself is based on a very wide variety of factors.
For example, I once knew a girl, who was cute but mostly average looking - but her
voice, holy ****. Instant physical reaction amongst males who heard it, if you get my drift.
She had a
hot voice; but I wouldn't have described her as 'hot' overall.
