as the snow falls on the holly
and the music's in the air
Santa's fattening up for Christmas
and needs larger underwear

Santa's a pip,
Fatter than a blip;
He jiggles and jellies
Like three kinds of bellies
faster than a rocket ship.

shine up Santa's red sled
coat it with some wax
get the music rolling
With some old 8 tracks

fill it full of gifts
to see the children's smiles
map out all the rest stops
along the world miles

round up all the reindeer
hitch them to the sleigh
holler merry Christmas
Or there'll be hell to pay

Now thirty two little hoofs prance in the snow;
Eight tiny reindeer harnessed, ready to go.
Santa pops the whip in the frosty night air.
By the time you look where he is he's already been there.

Santa at the mallÂ…

little eyes that blink so bright
and wonder in surprise
as Christmas day
is on its way
all children are hypnotized

Sly like a star in the frozen sky
House to house in the twinkling of an eye
Remembering to children the most important part
Each gift is a piece of the giving heart

While Santa brings toys,
remember
to buy some coffee
for the boys who see
each perfect, unique snowflake
as a crushing rooftop,
rather than a crystal dream.

from my window:

A gentle white snow is falling in Toronto, softening the step, and covering whatever evidence of harshness lies in the streets.
A little natural camouflage for inclement acts, born of an inclement atmosphere; bringing a mirage of peace.

Houston gets wet and cold
When the holidays unfold.
I pray for reindeer the size of a mouse;
Santa please don't fall through my trailer house.

when it snows in Michigan
the little ones all cheer
and vision a sleigh full of toys
pulled by eight tiny reindeer

Dear Santa, if you please,
Just get me ... DVDs.
Old - Eddie Robinson;
New - Jack Nicholson.
Don't forget panoramic vision
And surround sound this mission,
And I shall leave for you
Milk, a cookie or two.
Thanks, Santa Claus,
Thanks, old hoss.
Kiss Mrs Santa for me.
Signed, Your friend Normy.

Dear Santa, there's milk in my soul
Blocked highways bar my goal
My train's on collision course with God
Me 'n' Frank Apisa waiting your nod
Can you touch me with your mittened paw
Make me whole in the vortex of nature's maw
I bide in my wheelchair of twisted spikes
A firehose needled to my vein oh yikes
In your suit of Coca Cola red
Visit before I'm dead
Santa I pray
Santa I pray

oh great one
in suit of red
leave me toys
beside my bed

my list was long
and that I know
leave it all
before you go

candy in the
my stocking, yes!
leave me chocolate
leave the best!

I've been bad
and very naughty
just leave the toys
and don't get snotty

Tell your reindeer Tell your elfs
They can deliver the crap by themselves
I'm retired
Santa Clause retired

See the deer with the red nose on
He can lead you to the houses all night long
Yes ma'm
Because I'm retired

See the elf with the diamond ring
He really knows how to drive that thing
That's what I say
I'm retired

Well baby I'm retired
