Alternative Processing of Violently Recidivistic Criminals

I believe that recidivistic violent criminals shoud be BANISHED
and removed from the North American Continent. America owns
islands in the Aleutian chain that r closer to Japan than to America.
There r other possible locations around the world.
In my conception, sneaking back into America 'd be prohibited
on pain of death, for violating the banishment,
without judicial inquiry into the underlying reasons for the banishment.

I do not propose to keep them there under guard; just take retinal scans,
DNA samples, pictures n fingerprints to id. them in case thay sneak back into America.
We 'd tatoo them to indicate that thay 'd been banished
for feloniously violent criminal recidivism and leave them.
We might drop off some sandwiches for them once in a while.
If leftist bleeding heart countries choose to adopt out toxic waste, that will be their problem
The way it is now, thay r simply released back into contact with decent society.

This is not meant as a substitute for the death penalty
in those circumstances that justify it, nor is this concept meant to
discourage domestic incarceration of non-recidivists. It is the purpose of
this concept to provide an alternative to releasing known violent predators
(e.g., Richard Davis) back into contact with the decent people.

Let us take an example from a health care professional
who, when he finishes filtering out the dirt
from someone 's blood by kidney dialysis,
he does NOT put it back in again.

@OmSigDAVID,
I always was of the opinion that we could offer some third world countries say 10 thousands each to allow us to deport our criminals to them.

Seem a win win for the poor third world counties not only in term of money but some of our criminals might just end up proving to be useful citizens at least fairly well educated citizens compare to the average of a third world country.

If they do not fit in, I would predict a very high morality rate for them in any case.

We of course would not need to pay the 30 thousands plus a year to keep them lock up and they would not be returning to annoy us at some future date.

If it was good enough for England in the old days why not us?

The English had a good idea with the Botany Bay Colony.
