Hi, I'm a Russell Chatham fan myself, but not of the few prints I have so far seen online, though I haven't looked lately - more the paintings in his book, Russell Chatham: One Hundred Paintings.

He lives (if still living) in Livingston, Montana, and I think keeps a pretty tight rein on his work. You might google to see if he has a website from there..

If it is an actual etching, as opposed to another process, it might have some value (but I'm no expert).

I went looking and only saw lithos and what looked like screen prints. If he does do etchings I wasnt able to find any. His work is good though. I like the simplicity and the stron water bodies he does. Id like to see some reflections in the water (simplified though)

If it is an etching of Russell's the worth/cost depends on size. I have never seen one of his etchings for more than 500 unframed and that would be for his largest size in the 8x10 range. You do not see them on the market often but on rare occasion they can be found on ebay.
