I'm not sure what model you have, but here are some suggestions:

Is the unit plugged in and showing the correct time?
Make sure the clock and valve motors are working.
Check to see if the valve motor has sheared a pin.

If your unit passed all of those inspections you are
looking at O rings and shut off tabs.
