Is there something wrong with the following statement?

Tomato-based pasta sauce is an acceptable solution for my lamb-casserole which is about to go in the oven at 160^ for two hours with no possibility of getting my hands on the real thing at short notice.

Thank you. Of course, I've just realised there's no onions either.
