@ossobuco,
Hi, Ossobuco!!

The bagettes are toasted and the cerviche is cold but it is not a true ceviche. It is a type of salad dressing it is richer then ceviche in lemon, salt and garlic and it is topped on a green salad bed in a scoop.

It might be served as a salad in my girlfreinds restaraunt. it is not perfected yet except that we tried it on some people tonight and they really liked it. So if you try it be prepared to use your own judgement.

But if you get it right it is VERY good for summer in the sun with a sangria or mexican beer.

I hope you try to make it as we can use the critisism.

@ossobuco,
I FORGOT THE GARLIC!!!!!

there is garlic in the recipe. We used powedered garlig because that is what is used in my traditional recipe that people just swear is a mexican secret but the secret is no secret.

@candide,
Ok, I will try it.

I've made true ceviche a few times, but a long time ago. This still sounds good, just different.

I don't usually care about spelling - except I don't like to see texting type spelling in regular posts, brat that I am. But you don't do that.
