@George,
An interesting question. I do use weights as part of an excercise regime but for toning only. I have never really tried weightlifting. But I am competetive. If I can't beat you now then I will beat you later. i honestly do not know how much weight I could lift.

i am not offended, just feel that you could have found out my gender in a more subtle manner than reaching straight for my nether regions. At least you asked first which shows you have good manners.

I think FOW is male. Why? Because he disagrees with my point of view on this or that and can even be insulting in his assessment, but he is not catty in his disapproval. Most of the women who disapprove of me are.
