When to stop breastfeeding

Jewish Mommas quit breast feeding their kids before the kids graduate from medical school.

It's actually breally interesting that the kids can tell us about their relationship with the breasts, and about the taste and how they feel about it....I've heard about the really sweet and better than icecream before!

I hope those kids' school mates never see the videos...they'll be targeted. The whole "not really able to give informed consent to be filmed' makes me feel icky...rather than anything else.

Breast-feeding length is a bit cultural anyway...and lots of kids wean themselves when they are ready...they are just ready a lot sooner than these kids.

I wondered when a dad was gonna say "when's my turn!!!???"

I can see extended breastfeeding as ok...but not til age 6!

2 sure...3 maybe....4 you're pushing it. But 6 is way beyond nursing age, IMO.

Your kid is in SCHOOL ferchrissake! I don't see that as normal in any culture. Nursing is for babies. A 6 year old is not a baby.
