I hope you guys understand the rules of good barbecue. Its low heat and very slow cooking, dont mop it with sauces till right near the end. Save me some ribs and Ill bring the beer. That looks like about a 24 hour roast at 220 F.Lotsa smoke.
WAit a min, this would be Australia, I dont think theyd lemme carry that much beer on the plane without some international trade agreement.
