Wow, you walked home? Your poor body must be exhausted. I guess you won't need to worry about having a porta potty near you with all that good strength and force of will you're dsplaying.
Feels good to be home, doesn't it? Now you can actually get some good rest without the vampires coming to your room every few hours to draw blood and take your vitals.

He walked home! Those are the good Latvian genes, people.
Take your time Andy, you'll have plenty of time to get back into gear - not
you need to feed yourself and heal your body. We're here rooting for you!
I think he is paying for it today Jane. He said that it is a chore to make it from the bed, to the loo and to his chair. My inner mother goes tsk tsk, but what can you do?

I'm glad you're home, MA. It's too late to say take it easy - so take it easier, ok?

I'm glad you made it home and hope, you'r really taking it easy.
I really hope you're getting some help there. It is far too much, just out of hospital, for you to even attempt to do everything for yourself! Please go extra easy!
I've contacted one of his friends to go over and help him. He hasn't even gotten to the drug store to get his scripts filled. He has a script plan which is part of my medical insurance, and we get scripts for free. He can't find his perscription card. I have to get the fax number for CVS pharmacy on Tremont Street in the South End and fax them a copy of mine. He's supposed to be on antibiotics, high blood pressure medicne and Lord knows what else.
He does not use good judgement when it comes to taking care of himself.

Like many of us, Seaglass, sounds like he's grown used to being independent. But there are times that a bit of help is necessary, for obvious reasons. (Did you hear that, Andrew? )
Damned if I know what happened to the quote boxes & responses above. I swear all was in the right place!

Type this into a Google Search

CVS pharmacy on Tremont Street, Boston, Mass (or other city if different)
You'll find a telephone number, and possibly a fax number for that store as well.
Make use of Google. It's the new Yellow Pages and you don't need to have all those stacks of phone books in your house.
Okay, I found the CVS website and entered Tremont Street, Boston Mass into the store finder tool and it came up with a list of 25 stores.
Here's the link. You'll have to narrow it down from here.
Sometimes I think that there is a conspiracy to make us dependent on the internet.
I had to struggle with this one, but found the store and will contact them in the morning.
Thanks again

Sounds like we need a special group here for: "Partners, friends and family of wonderful and delightful people who not use good judgement when it comes to taking care of themselves".
It sounds as though this group needs an international flying squad of supporters, ready to swoop and do the necessary for these special, but at times, highly frustrating and worrisome folk.
I'm glad you made it home and hope, you'r really taking it easy.
I'm taking t so really easy I don't even feel up to answering most of these posts. It leads to dreadful pangs of guilt not to do so, but you all will just have to be patient.
Thanx for your continued support, folks. I'm really getting better day by day, and just knowing that help is no more than a phone call away is a blessing. Last night I actually took out the garbage!! This morning I actually fixed myself a decent brekky. (But it was noon before I consumed it.) Have a gotten a few phone calls from colleagues and others concerned about my well-being. One day at a time.
